Mitsubishi Motors announces new industry-leading work-from-home policy

“Our new work-from-home policy boils down to one thing: enormous trust in our team of employees,” said the newly appointed CEO of MMNA. Marc Chaffin. “Over the past two years, our employees have met the challenges of a global pandemic and historic supply chain disruptions, and they propelled the brand to record commercial success. They have demonstrated that they can do it all, while working from home and company offices. This commitment must be rewarded with trust and flexibility, and today we are doing just that.”

In mid-2019, MMNA moved its operations from Cypress, California. for Franklin, Tennessee.just outside Nashville, with the aim of reinventing every aspect of the brand. In April 2020, its new state-of-the-art North American headquarters has opened, with open and sunny workspaces. Despite the pandemic, MMNA hired over 150 new team members and the office remained open to those who wanted to come in, provided they followed strict COVID protocols.

While this new policy will allow employees to choose to continue working from home, MMNA will continue its commitment to invest, volunteer and hire locally in the communities where its offices are located.

“If you are looking for an inclusive business, with a bright future, that respects you as an individual and as a professional, I can think of no better place than Mitsubishi Motors. One of our corporate values is “ People First”, and we put this value into action in all facets of the employee experience.” Chaffin said.
