Hightower, the Patriots’ No. 25 selection in 2012, had 353 combined tackles, 27 sacks and two forced fumbles in 117 regular season games. In 17 playoff games, he had 81 combined tackles and three sacks. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hightower pulled out of the 2020 season and did not compete in 2022.
