Salary: £60,000-£65,000 plus excellent bonuses and benefits. Location: UK, Greater London / South East England (remote).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop existing broker partner development accounts in the London and South East England area.

  • Re-energize existing partners, further develop relationships and maximize business development opportunities with broker partners and their client bases.

  • Prospect, identify and actively recruit new broker partners from a wide range of specialist asset finance brokers and general commercial brokers.

  • Develop broker partners into profitable producers by understanding their business processes and finding opportunities to maximize trade levels through training, development and marketing opportunities.

  • Have a thorough understanding of products and criteria and be able to quickly understand the strengths and weaknesses of an asset finance business operation.

  • Share your key market insights regarding competitors, as well as positive feedback and areas for improvement for the business as a whole.

  • Understand and convey the team’s brand values ​​and act as a brand ambassador for the company.

  • Develop rationale for unusual cases and communicate opinions/views to credit teams for review.

  • Help increase conversions by analyzing broker performance, giving presentations and providing training and support when needed.

  • Own and understand the dynamics of your region to ensure the strategy is regularly reviewed and adjusted as necessary.

  • Be a visible and trusted trading partner among your broker base.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

  • Strong knowledge of the industry sector and regulations.

  • Extensive field sales experience in the financial services industry.

  • Experience managing a large geographic area.

  • Experience in selling to intermediaries (Asset Finance products).

  • An excellent understanding of the Asset Finance sector.

  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment and in a small to medium-sized organization.

We strongly favor candidates with proven and relevant experience in financial services; particularly in Asset Financing and Leasing.
